Treatment of Elder

Some elders have some special values; for example, past experience, culture in life, and historical stories.Developed countries must attach important to treatment of elders.So, we should make a good way treatment of elder.

Elders can work some things better than younger people. First, an older lawyer is smarter than young lawyer in a lawsuit; as a result, he knows more does a better job. Then, some historians want to know past; they could consult with elders. For example, historians want to know about the life style of the Japanese who lived in Taiwan during World War II. They could hear elders who lived with Japanese living in Taiwan talk about their life in the past. Last, elders will make a profit in the industry of culture. Accordingly, they provide the industry with their memory of past stories.

In summary, elders have special values which younger don’t have. These values will create a lot of colorful lives and fervent business. In fact, treatment of elder is a priority in our society projects.
